Q:    How did you come up with the cost of the horse sponsorship?

A: We calculated out how much each individual horse consumes in hay, grain, and supplements and totaled that.  Then we added the cost of farrier, yearly vaccinations, bedding, and regular deworming.  The ‘One Year’ adoption fee is the sum of those costs.  ‘Per Month’ is the yearly cost divided by 12.

Q:    What is ‘Joint Adoption’?

A: Joint adoption is when 2 families or businesses decide to adopt a horse together.  Each party will pay half of the ‘One Year’ adoption fee (to be paid up front).  Both parties receive up-dates specific to their horse, and both parties receive all of the sponsor ‘perks’.

Q:    Is there a minimum number of months I will be required to pay for?

A: No. You may sponsor your horse by the month for one month, eleven months, or anything in between.

Q:    How can I pay my adoption fees?

A: How ever you would like to!  We do offer auto-deduct if you choose to pay monthly.  Or you may pay one lump sum by way of credit/debit card, check, or cash.

Q:    Are my donations (sponsorships) tax deductible?

A: Yes! We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  We will gladly send you a tax receipt at the end of each year, provided we have your correct mailing information.
